Who we are ?
JDC Management Consulting was established in 2001 by Joris De Coen. He is a certified accountant and tax specialist and has held management and executive positions at Rhône-Poulenc, Manpower and Moorkens. Moreover, he has worked as a freelance consultant for Ernst & Young, Citigroup, Fortis, RR Donnelley, and elsewhere.
JDCMC was established to meet the rising demand for good financial experts like accountants and controllers. Often, the time span between recruitment of a permanent staff member and achievement of the final outcome intended is so great that a company will lose a great deal of valuable time.
In other cases, companies have additional burdens from the mother company and there is an urgent need for an expert in these circumstances to undertake this burden which may otherwise threaten the continuity of the company.
